Rajeev has a rich experience of over 16 years in various aspects of Finance, Taxation & Compliances. He has exposure to manufacturing and service industries across all size of companies. Rajeev has good exposure to valuation assignments related to Securities & Financial Assets.

Rajeev is regularly invited as Faculty by Professional Bodies like ICAI, ICSI, IICA, AIMA, RVOs etc. and has conducted numerous Trainings and Workshops.

Rajeev has extensively worked on several consulting cases across diverse verticals and has served clients ranging from global MNCs to SMEs.

Having served a leading German Organization in capacity of CEO for the India Operations, Amit has acquired a wide exposure of steering propositions, conversations and developing business cases for several international brands based out of Europe and US, to enter emerging market like India. He has well-entrenched experience on developing and handling competent, skilful and intelligent teams across divisions and hierarchies. Working at several leading positions with a leading Apparel Manufacture and exporter, his constructive years have blossomed in driving the “Board Room Objectives” and transcend them into realizable goals through his panache for “Business Strategy”.

Rajeev has worked with Organisations like IDBI Bank Limited and HDFC Bank Limited. Rajeev is providing Finance and Banking Support services, advisory on Financial Restructuring and Management. Rajeev has special interest in mentoring the SME Sector in professional management of Finance.

Amit Negi

Amit completed his Bachelor Degree of Commerce from Delhi University and  associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is having rich experience in the field of Statutory Audit, Risk Based Internal Audits and Advisory on the Taxation matters , Due Diligence and in financial controls

He has Carrying out audits focusing on the areas that are prone to high risks including Revenue Leakages, Cost Control and Process Efficiency improvement/ optimization, Business Process Re-engineering. He has also cover and guide them to increase working efficiency, documentation and companies and reduce deficiency.

Amit has worked with many reputed CA Firms prior to joining R Bhargav & Associates.

Bharat Gupta

Bharat Gupta is a Chartered Accountant and Post Graduate in Commerce.

He is associated with firm as a Senior Consultant. He specializes in advising to corporates on their GST matters, taxation matters pertaining to representation work before various authorities. His area of expertise includes Statutory Audit, Internal Audit of manufacturing, Hospitality and other various sectors.

He has been actively involved in professional service for the past 5 years. Prior to joining the firm, he had worked with reputed CA firms where he handled Statutory Audit, Indirect Tax Advisory and Internal Audit work for various Corporates and International clients. He has also led the conducting statutory audit, concurrent audit of Banks.

He has also completed the Certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by Internal Audit Standard Board of ICAI. He is currently perusing the Diploma in IFRS from U.K.

Bikash Gupta

CA Bikash Gupta is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a first-Class Commerce Graduate from Delhi University, having graduated from Swami Shraddhanand College.

He is an Audit & Assurance consultant at R Bhargav & Associates. He is functionally responsible for planning and execution of assurance & attestation assignments and transaction advisory services in the firm.

He is having 2 + years of experience in the area of statutory audits, internal audits, assurance & Transaction Advisory related engagements in industries such as manufacturing, retail, infrastructure, information technology, e-commerce, etc.

His area of expertise includes Indian GAAP and IND As Advisory, Management accounting, outsourcing, audit & assurance, financial reporting, and valuation. He is currently perusing the ACCA and Valuation course by IBBI.
